The tournament should be held in the Standard format with the following special regulations.
- Players may only use the 5 nations, Dragon Empire, Dark States, Brandt Gates, Keter Sanctuary and Stoicheia.
- When a player rides to Grade 3 or above, ride to the following Grade 3.
